Observation

As of 04.05.2024: Uma has been employed for three months or more with the Center and have not completed Child Care Basics. Acting Director was unable to locate verification of BBP training for Uma, Patti, Surya "Lavanya", Sravanthi, Sirisha, Sonal and Shashi, and Gudiya. Acting Director was unable to locate verification of First Aid training for Uma, Patti, Mounika V., Surya "Lavanya", Sowjanya, Shanu, Sravanthi, Shelly, Jinal, Sonal, Archana, Minakshi, Shashi, Gudiya, Dhanya and herself. Acting Director was unable to locate verification of CPR training for Uma, Patti, Mounika V., Surya "Lavanya", Sowjanya, Shanu, Sravanthi, Shelly, Jinal, Sonal, Archana, Minakshi, Shashi, Gudiya, Dhanya and herself. Uma, Mounika V., Surya "Lavanya", Sowjanya, Fnu, Shanu, Sravanthi, Sirisha, Archana, Minakshi, Shashi have not completed annual Safe Sleep training. Shashi was working in the infant classroom and in ratio today without this training. Acting Director was unable to locate verification of a Food Handler's Permit for Uma, Mounika V., Surya "Lavanya", Shanu, Teena, Minakshi, Gudiya and Dhanya. Due to lack of qualifications, the Center voluntarily closed for staff training. As of 04.9.2024, most of these items had been obtained and classrooms were staffed with qualified providers.
